Q. What are the numbers written on the tread surface?

A. Because of the nature of its construction, bias ply tires have a circumference (rollout) that varies from tire to tire. At the factory the tire is inflated to a set pressure and the rollout is then measured. The rollout will help in deciding which tire best suits your needs.
