A PREMIUM DRIVE RADIAL

The Toyo M647 is a premium drive tire designed for local, regional and long haul highway applications.  Built using Toyo’s new e-balance™ technology, it features an extra deep tread of 30/32nds.

TIRE FEATURES

Improved Wear Performance and Long Life

  • e-balance profile minimizes growth of the tread profile and maintains uniform and flatter tread radius for the entire life of the casing.
  • e-balance and 30/32” tread depth design provides even contact pressure distribution across the tread surface resulting in smooth wear and long life.

     

Durability and Enhanced Retreadability

  • Casing profile is enhanced by "e-balance profile retention technology and high stiffness bead".  Design reduces sheer strain at belt edge area in tread and turn-up area in bead.
  • High rigidity shoulder reduces the likelihood of early removal due to irregular wear

Traction

  • Deep slits equal to main groove depth ensure traction until wear out

A full 66-month warranty on eligible claims
If a Toyo radial truck tire becomes unserviceable due to an adjustable condition, it will be replaced with the same tire, or at Toyo Tires' option, with a comparable Toyo truck tire at no charge if tire is:

When tires have more than the first 2/32nd inch worn, adjustment credit will be based on a pro-rata replacement credit for the percentage of tread depth remaining, but no less than the casing allowance of up to $90.00.

Casing allowances covering two retreads on eligible claims
If any Toyo radial truck tire casing becomes unserviceable due to:


Retread rubber allowance of up to $50.00 for first retread
