- Hot Inflation Pressures: High 30s to Low 40s (psi)
- Camber: -2.5° to -5.0°
- Caster: As much positive as possible

Best Wet And Dry Weather Tire Ever Owned
bought an MR2 Spyder last Oct (2018) with 34k miles on it. put 14k miles on the original rear tires, but 6k were mainly interstate miles during vaca to CA (140AA). put R1Rs on front and rear and got 12k miles on the rears, yet the front have roughly 50% tread left. I drive spirited all the time, especially on weekends in the East TN canyons. these tires handle the wet as good as the dry! as long as Toyo makes these, I'm buying them.
Great Performance And great Durability
We used these in the ChampCar series on a front wheel drive car. We used them at Sebring and they lasted the entire 7 hour race with really good consistency. You can overheat them, but I gave them a lap to cool and the grip came right back. Grip during braking was more consistent than almost all competitor tires, and lateral grip stayed strong throughout the race. We run a 2200lb 2003 Jetta with Koni SRT shocks, Eibach springs, and stock sway bars. We have a 180Hp 2.5 engine. Hope this helps!
Exceptional
Incredible straight-line acceleration. They spin under 800 Ft lbs of TQ but they really never let go. Incredibly safe tire for high horsepower. Exceptional handling and looks. If this tire doesn't work for you then probably don't have the vehicle that can take these tires to their limit. Ive bought 4 sets for high horsepower Pro Touring cars I've built. I wont try anything else. Ive had many fast cars with many different tires.
Great Value And Performance
Excellent grip What is amazing is the abrasion resistance is surprisingly excellent compared to performance tires. Just like the two ends of a scale, the grip and abrasion are so balanced.
Amazing Track Tires
Use the R888 on my E46 M3 Track Car, they have made a world of difference. Truly a night and day difference coming from the Michelin tires that I have always run previously. Not only do that provide some incredible grip at the track, but they allow me to drive the car to and from events as well. Would highly recommend these tires for anyone looking to do some track events, and even those people just looking for a seriously sticky tire for the road!
Tis Product Has Great Performance Attributes
So far I have been using Toyo tire brand for over a decade and a half and each time they come out with a new product, they never disappoints. R888 is one of the best tires I ever had on my car. I am very satisfied with it's performance and great value. I would definitely recommend this tire to everyone.
