ANTIGO, WISCONSIN – CJ Greaves and Toyo Tires® win back-to-back Pro-4 races over the weekend, completing the sweep at the Antigo Off-Road National in rounds three and four of the 2024 AMSOIL Championship Off-Road (COR) series. Relying on off-the-shelf 35x12.50R17 Toyo Open Country® R/T Trail tires, Greaves achieved the 100th truck win of his illustrious career and is off to a great start this season.
Additionally, Team Toyo celebrated more wins over the weekend as Lorenzo Bonacci and his #33 Bomber / Toyo Tires buggy took first place on Saturday and Sunday in the COR Pro Buggy class on Open Country® A/T III tires, completing a sweep of his own and leading in championship points. Ryan Beat and his #51 Bilstein / Toyo Tires / Lucas Oil / Chevrolet truck secured a COR Pro-2 win on Sunday on Open Country® C/T tires, rounding out an incredible weekend of results for Team Toyo.
“Celebrating 100 truck wins is surreal and to achieve it by sweeping the weekend races and continuing our undefeated streak at Antigo in Pro-4 was icing on the cake!” said CJ Greaves. “The Toyo Open Country R/T Trail tires were hooked up all weekend, making my job a little easier on the course.”
“It was another great weekend of results for Team Toyo, securing a total of five COR wins across three different classes,” said Stan Chen, sr. manager, events, sponsorships and motorsports, Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. “This marks the second year in a row that CJ has swept the Pro-4 races at the Antigo Off-Road National and we look forward to carrying that momentum to rounds five and six later this month.”
The AMSOIL Championship Off-Road series will travel to Crandon, Wisconsin for the Forest County Potawatomi Brush Run on June 22-23.
