Team Toyo’s Kyle LeDuc and Brandon Arthur Capture Wins During the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series Weekend in Utah
TOOELE, UT – Team Toyo drivers Kyle LeDuc and Brandon Arthur both scored victories during Rounds 5 & 6 of the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS) this past weekend at the Utah Motorsports Campus in Tooele, Utah. Both racing on Toyo Open Country tires, LeDuc competes in the Pro 4 class while Arthur races in Pro Lite.
Kyle LeDuc qualified fastest for Saturday’s Round 5, and then won the Pro 4 class main event while setting the quickest lap time of 40.541. During Sunday’s Round 6, he finished second in the main event and currently leads the Pro 4 class championship by 26 points. LeDuc’s #99 Monster Energy / Toyo Tires Ford truck relies on Toyo Open Country M/T-R tires for his championship lead. He has won a total of four Pro 4 class championships on Toyo tires, the last three consecutively.
“We had a good weekend all around, with a win Saturday and a second on Sunday,” said LeDuc. “More important, we stretched out our lead to 26 points and have shown these guys that we are here for championship number five.”
During Sunday’s Round 6, Brandon Arthur won his first Pro Lite race of the season piloting his #6 MAV TV / Toyo Tires Chevrolet truck. Arthur’s Pro Lite truck uses off-the-shelf Toyo Open Country A/T II tires while on the track.
